About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate and distribute company workers across different project sites based on daily requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers regarding manpower needs.
- Manage and assign subcontractor (supplier) workers to various sites.
- Monitor daily attendance and worker availability.
- Track and manage overtime for all workers.
- Handle labour-related issues on-site (absenteeism, discipline, performance).
- Supervise and manage labour camp operations (accommodation, cleanliness, discipline).
- Ensure workers comply with safety regulations.
- Prepare daily and weekly manpower reports.
Requirements:
- +7 years experience in a construction company (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of manpower handling and site coordination.
- Good organizational
- and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites.
- Basic computer skills (Excel is a must).
- Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
- UAE driving license is preferred.
