Labour Relations and Employee Relations Supervisor

Labour Relations: Lead all Labour Relations practices across the network, including but not limited to collective agreement negotiations.

Employee Relations: Determine, recommend, and implement practices to sustain positive employer/employee relationships. Support with hourly investigations and acts as a escalation point.

Site HR Strategy & Execution: Within Site Operations, provide leadership and support to HR Business Partners to ensure the effective execution and delivery of HR programs and policies across site operations.

Risk Management & Compliance: Proactively manage labour and employment risk, ensuring compliance with collective agreements, legislation, and internal policies while minimizing operational and legal exposure.

5+ years Labour Relations experience in unionized manufacturing

Experience administering collective agreements and managing grievances

Workplace investigations and progressive discipline

UFCW or large industrial union experience preferred

Bachelor's degree; CHRP/CHRL considered an asset
