Laborers- Commercial Landscape Construction

As a Landscape Construction Laborer, you'll work alongside experienced construction crews on a variety of commercial landscape projects. Responsibilities include:

Grading and site preparation using hand tools and equipment.

Installing irrigation systems, including pipe, fittings, valves, sprinkler heads, and controllers.

Assisting with hardscape construction, including pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features.

Performing planting, soil preparation, and landscape installation activities.

Operating construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.

Reading layouts, checking elevations, and supporting site measurements.

Maintaining quality standards for alignment, grading, compaction, and finished appearance.

Organizing materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects moving efficiently.

Following all safety procedures and contributing to a positive team environment.

Previous experience in landscape construction, general construction, excavation, concrete, paving, irrigation, or related trades preferred.

Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ pounds.

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively as part of a crew in a fast-paced environment.
