Role Overview
Revere Health is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to lead a high functioning team at our Provo Main Laboratory supporting 400+ Revere Health providers throughout Utah.
This role oversees day-to-day laboratory operations, supports staff development, and helps maintain regulatory compliance and high-quality, patient-focused service.

Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent qualifying CLIA-approved science degree.
- 2 years required, 4 years preferred, experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist in CLIA high-complexity testing. Relevant testing areas include routine chemistry, hematology, immunohematology, urinalysis, microbiology, general immunology, and endocrinology.
- Experience in a supervisory/management position preferred.
- Familiarity with CLIA, COLA, and OSHA laboratory regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic Life support (BLS or BCLS) certification or within 6 months of hire.
- Hours:
- Salary position based on a 40-hour work week, primarily Monday through Friday. Shifts may vary according to department needs.
- Laboratory hours are 7:30 a.m.– 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM with rotating Saturdays.
- The laboratory is closed on Sundays and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
