Job Overview IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician in Abu Dhabi to join our hospital and healthcare laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in medical laboratory testing, sample collection, clinical diagnostics, and laboratory equipment handling .

Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures as per physician instructions
- Collect, label, and process blood, urine, and other clinical samples
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers
- Record and analyze test results accurately
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and laboratory safety standards
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and infection control procedures
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate laboratory documentation
- Support doctors and healthcare staff with diagnostic information
- Follow quality control and quality assurance protocols
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or related field
- Valid DOH / HAAD / DHA license preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures and diagnostic equipment
- Familiarity with hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology testing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
