Key Responsibilities
- The analysis includes, but is not limited to: cleanliness rating, carbide rating, gra in size rating, retained austenite measurement, residual stress measurement, hardness measurement and macro etch. Computer programming as it pertains to lab efficiency improvements, skills in MS Access, Word, Excel and Visual Basic. Maintaining lab cleanliness, reordering supplies, and maintaining lab samples and lab records.
Job Requirements
- The position requires a minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field. Courses in chemistry, metallurgy, and Heat Treatment are preferred. Two to Three (3) years experience in engineering or a manufacturing environment. Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
