Job Summary
The Lab Technician is responsible for conducting laboratory tests, preparing samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accurate recording of test results in accordance with company standards and safety procedures.
Duties
- and Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests and experiments as assigned.
- Prepare and collect samples for testing and analysis.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Record and report accurate test results and observations.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
- Assist engineers and supervisors in technical testing activities.
- Prepare test reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor inventory of laboratory materials and equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunction or safety concern immediately.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Technology, Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum ______ years of laboratory experience.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and testing methods.
- Ability to handle laboratory equipment safely and efficiently.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
