Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses according to established procedures
- Prepare, label, and organize samples for testing
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
- Record, review, and maintain accurate laboratory data and reports
- Follow quality control and quality assurance procedures
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering laboratory supplies
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment and testing issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory work areas
- Support laboratory projects and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with laboratory staff and other departments as needed

Qualifications
- Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field
- Previous laboratory experience is preferred but not always required
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
