The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to start your career as help desk and operational support engineer?
You should thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for taking customer support requests for a production enterprise system and liaising with business and technical teams. You will also be responsible for understanding and responding to customer requests.
You should have a background in help desk and operational support of enterprise services.
You Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience with help desk support
- Professional proficiency and fluency in Arabic and English
- Bachelor’s degree, IT or other
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
