About This Role
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
We are looking for a technically skilled **L1 Server Support Engineer** with hands-on experience in server hardware support, RAID configuration, Windows Server administration, and backup & restore operations.
The candidate should be capable of handling basic to intermediate server infrastructure support within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot server hardware (preferably **HPE Servers**)
- Configure and manage **RAID** setups for servers
- Install and support **Windows Server Operating Systems**
- Perform routine server monitoring and health checks
- Configure and manage **backup and restore** operations
- Troubleshoot hardware and OS-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for technical support
- Ensure smooth day-to-day server operations and issue resolution
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with **Server Hardware Support**
- Knowledge of **HPE Servers** will be an added advantage
- Experience in **RAID Configuration**
- Familiarity with **Windows Server OS**
- Basic knowledge of **Backup & Restore Procedures**
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
