KYC Quality Control Intern – UAE

• Options for up to 2 remote working days per week
• Duration: 4 months initially, with potential for a permanent role thereafter
• We’re creating a team of highly motivated and driven interns to support our international KYC Quality Control function as the first step in their financial crime and fintech careers.
• Please note that this is an internship and therefore a fixed-term position for entry-level or graduate candidates in the UAE.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to consider individuals who are not based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi for logistical reasons.

• What you’ll be doing
• Conduct full reviews of onboarding files submitted by the onboarding team in line with existing compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Use our L&D platform and Compliance Training Advisor to support your development and upskill towards becoming a member of the onboarding team.
• About you, you have
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of, and interest in learning more about, KYC practices in corporate finance.
• An understanding of how international business operates and a willingness to learn more.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to see the broader picture.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, both internally and externally.
• The ability to learn quickly, think outside the box, and provide solutions.
