Candidates based in the UAE must be willing to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia to build strong in-market presence and relationships at senior and CXO levels.

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead Biz Group鈥檚 Saudi business, one of the most important growth markets in the region as Vision 2030 accelerates investment in capability, AI, and transformation.

As KSA Sales Director, you are a senior sales member and will own the commercial success of KSA, working closely with the CEO and other senior members to drive commercial success and build long-lasting partnerships.

Initially, you will act as an individual contributor, shaping the go-to-market strategy, winning flagship clients, and positioning Biz Group as a trusted partner across learning, capability, and human-led AI transformation.

As you build your market, you will be responsible for building your own high-performing sales team to further expand our business across KSA.

You will act as a market builder selling complex, multi-modal solutions, with a vision of growing and building a market.

Hence, this is not a traditional sales role.

It requires significant levels of discipline, entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and drive to be successful, whilst possessing strong leadership experience in building, supporting, and growing a team of successful sales individuals.
