Role Summary & Key Responsibilities
- Outreach Coordination of KSA potential customers
- Handle Escalation within country raised by project managers with current customers with a view to evolving to manage employees as General Manager in future
- Stakeholder Management of current business partners and their needs
- Quality Control of sales and outreach materials, reviewing current and helping to produce future content ensuring it is culturally appropriate
- Risk Management in identifying potential risks early with potential customers and suggesting feedback to company where required
- Project Management to lead on proposals for business development, scoping initiatives with partners and planning implementation
- Documentation and Reporting including advanced project planning, reporting project progress in real time and creating insightful post project evaluations.
- Presence and Presentation as in country representative of the country to be able to act as local CEO in building business and brand at all times
- Cultural Sensitivity to create sustainable and deep relationships
Essential
· 2+ years previous experience of successful Project Management in KSA
· 2+ years previous experience of successful Business Development in KSA
Desirable
· Working in or with a scaling company in a start-up environment
· Working in a healthcare company (technology or other type)
· Working in healthcare settings (hospital and clinics) and meeting clinical and management stakeholders in public and private healthcare sectors
Skills
· Communication skills in conversation, presentation and writing
· Organization skills to plan projects and utilize relevant software
· High proficiency with Microsoft suite of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Education
· Bachelor’s Degree (any subject)
· Optional for Post Graduate Degree (any subject, preferably healthcare)
