Key Responsibilities

• As an FX Sales Conversion Agent, you will be responsible for turning potential interest into long-term client relationships.
• Your main duties will include:
• Lead Conversion: Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients using consultative sales techniques.
• Product Promotion: Effectively promote the company's Forex and CFD products and services to prospective Korean-speaking clients.
• Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to maximize conversion and lifetime value.
• Client Support: Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout the entire client onboarding journey.
• Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with global financial markets, trading products, and industry developments.
• Target Driven: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs while strictly adhering to company compliance standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• We are looking for a results-oriented professional who meets the following criteria:
• Language Skills: Native or fluent proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Good command of English is required for internal communication.
• Industry Experience: Proven previous experience within the Forex & CFD industry is strictly mandatory.
• Role Experience: Demonstrated track record in a Conversion or Retention sales role within the financial/trading sector.
• Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Technical Skills: Experience working with CRM systems and popular trading platforms. Proficient in standard office applications.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, numerical, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Mindset: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven, and fast-paced environment.
