Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in kitchen operations as directed by the Executive Chef • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area • Perform cleaning duties and uphold hygiene standards • Minimise waste and follow standard operating procedures • Attend training sessions and contribute to a learning-focused kitchen culture • Support team harmony and uphold grooming and presentation standards • Comply with hotel policies and OH&S guidelines • Respond promptly to guest needs and perform other duties as required
