Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchenware, cookware, utensils, and service equipment to food-safety standards.
• Keep dishwashing zones, prep areas, floors, and waste stations clean, dry, and organized throughout service.
• Maintain pace during high-volume rushes so the kitchen line has clean equipment and cookware.
• Handle, dilute, and store cleaning chemicals safely; dispose of trash and food waste per local and kitchen guidelines.
• Support line chefs with kitchen upkeep, opening and closing checklists, and delivery receiving as needed.

Requirements

• UAE/GCC hospitality experience as a kitchen steward or dishwasher is strongly preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift kitchen equipment, and work under pressure.
• Follow hygiene, workplace-safety, and chemical-handling protocols.
• Punctual, reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to commute reliably to Business Bay and work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and split shifts.

Pay and benefits

• Pay is AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
• Offer includes a UAE labor contract, employment visa, medical insurance, duty meals allowance, training, and mentorship.

• Work location is in person in Business Bay.
