Role overview
Value Facilities Management seeks a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Steward to keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Clean kitchen floors, work surfaces, storage areas, and washing stations.
- Dispose of waste properly and keep garbage areas clean.
- Store clean utensils and equipment in designated places.
- Move supplies and provide basic support to the kitchen team.
- Follow food hygiene, cleaning, and workplace safety procedures.
- Report damaged equipment and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous Kitchen Steward or Kitchen Helper experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding duties.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Pay
- Pay is AED 900–1,000 per month.

- 30 days of annual leave and an air ticket once every two years.
Work arrangement
- Full-time, in-person role in Abu Dhabi.
