The Kitchen & Laundry Technician maintains hotel facilities and supports the safety and functionality of the property.
The role contributes to guest experiences by responding to service requests and maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
Maintenance responsibilities
- Maintain the physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
- Respond to guest calls and team member work orders.
- Perform repairs and maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and address identified needs.
- Document completed inspections and repairs and flag issues requiring further attention.
