Kitchen duties
- Complete tasks assigned by the head chef or another kitchen manager.
- Label and stock ingredients on accessible shelves; wash, chop, and sort fruits, vegetables, and meats.
- Measure seasonings and other cooking ingredients; parboil food, reduce sauces, and start preparation for dishes.
- Clean dishes, cookware, utensils, work areas, refrigerators, equipment, walls, and floors; sanitize the kitchen and take trash to the dumpster.
- Track ingredient inventory and coordinate resupply orders with kitchen and management staff.
- Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine.
Standards
- Adhere to relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
