**Role:** To support kitchen operations through cleaning, sanitation, and basic food preparation assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, storage areas, and equipment.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Assist chefs with basic food prep (peeling, washing, and cutting) during busy periods.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and follow hygiene/safety standards.
