About The Role
As a Kitchen Hand, you’ll play an important role in supporting our kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and a great guest experience. You’ll assist with food preparation, maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen, wash dishes and equipment, receive deliveries, and ensure all food safety and workplace health and safety standards are followed.
Key responsibilities will include
- Support the Chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Receive, store and manage stock deliveries
- Dispose of waste and help keep the kitchen and surrounding areas presentable
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
- Assist with other duties as required
About You
Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience
Food Handling Certificate (preferred)
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety

Requirements
- Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience
- Food Handling Certificate (preferred)
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
