Overview
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Technician to join our production team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery used in ice cream and baking supplies manufacturing.
This position ensures operational efficiency, product quality, and compliance with UAE food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance
- — Conduct scheduled maintenance on mixers, freezers, ovens, packaging machines, and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs
- — Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly.
- Production Support
- — Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and changeovers to meet production targets.
• Safety & Compliance
- — Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HACCP, GMP, and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Documentation
- — Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, spare parts usage, and equipment performance.
- Continuous Improvement
- — Contribute to process optimization and equipment reliability initiatives.
