The Kitchen Artist supports daily kitchen operations and helps deliver memorable guest experiences through food preparation and service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes according to hotel standards, recipes, and guest expectations.
- Follow health, safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
- Support food production, mise en place preparation, and service periods.
- Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Collaborate with kitchen colleagues to deliver efficient service.
- Handle, store, rotate, and use ingredients to minimize waste.
- Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean, organized, and operational.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction through quality food experiences.
