Kitchen responsibilities
- Prepare and present quality dishes according to hotel standards, recipes, and guest expectations.
- Follow health, safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
- Support food production, mise en place, and service periods.
- Maintain taste, presentation, and portion consistency.
- Work with the culinary team to deliver efficient service.
- Handle, store, and rotate ingredients properly to minimize waste.
- Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean, organized, and operational.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction and Hilton hospitality standards.
