Reports To : Area Kiosk Manager
Salary Range : AED 4,500 + company visa + medical insurance
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the kiosk
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked display at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment
- Handle cashiering and ensure accurate cash and card transactions
- Train new staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Track sales performance and submit daily/weekly reports to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, mall regulations, and health/safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
- Background in the perfume, cosmetics, or luxury goods industry is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service abilities
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
