Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the American curriculum and school expectations; create an inclusive, stimulating classroom.
- Plan, assess, and monitor student progress, using data to inform teaching and raise achievement.
- Differentiate instruction for all learners, including English language learners and students needing support or challenge.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues; integrate technology into teaching and learning.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental development, and collaborative professional practice.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and ongoing professional development.
- Promote student wellbeing, safeguarding, and positive behavior under school policies; uphold GEMS Education values and standards.
Requirements
