Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate learning activities and positive classroom management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration.
- Develop children's literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills through interactive activities.
- Monitor, assess, and document students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school administration.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Organize educational games, creative activities, and hands-on learning experiences.
- Support the emotional, social, and behavioral development of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare reports as required.
- Participate in school events, professional development programs, and staff meetings.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelors in core subject with B.Ed and Montessori / Early Childhood Education. Equivalency and TLS required
- Teaching qualification/license as required by local regulatory authorities.
- Previous experience teaching kindergarten or early years students is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
