Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily playground operations and ensure children's safety.
• Lead, train, and manage play area staff.
• Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Ensure the playground is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and parent concerns professionally.
• Supervise birthday parties, events, and kids' activities.
• Monitor ticket sales, bookings, memberships, and daily cash transactions.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and company procedures are followed.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate operational issues to management.
• Support sales activities and help achieve monthly revenue targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kids' playground, family entertainment center, nursery, or similar environment.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy operations.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
• A bachelor's degree and five years of UAE experience are required.
• Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and passionate about working with children.

Compensation

• Pay starts from AED 3,500 per month.

Workplace and employment

• The role is full-time and in person in Dubai, UAE.
