Kids Play Place Attendant part time

About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Kids Soft Play Play Area Coordinator to oversee the operations of our vibrant indoor play center. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Safety:
• Monitor children’s activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations.
• Respond promptly to any accidents or incidents.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of the play area and equipment.
• Customer Service:
• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with any questions or concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Staff Management:
• Supervise and train staff members.
• Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
• Facility Maintenance:
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the play area.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working condition.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Event Planning and Execution:
• Coordinate and organize birthday parties, special events, and group bookings.
• Decorate the play area for special occasions.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: 97 aed per shift, opportunity for multiple shifits

Needs to be flexible with shift changes
Ideal candidate should live near Emaar South or Dubai South

Pay: From AED776.00 per month
