Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Kids Gym Instructor, based in Doha.
The role includes planning and leading fun and engaging fitness programs for children, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for participants.
The instructor will handle group exercise classes, provide individual guidance when necessary, and ensure each child feels supported and motivated.
Maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and offering exceptional customer service to children and parents are critical aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction, with experience working with children.
- Strong skills in Personal Training and knowledge of the Fitness Industry standards and practices.
- Excellent Customer Service skills and interpersonal communication abilities to engage with children and parents effectively.
- Ability to create age-appropriate fitness programs and ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for children.
- CPR and first-aid certification is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role or teaching children is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for promoting active, healthy lifestyles.
