Kids Club/Youth Club Entertainer

Plan, organise, and lead engaging activities for children and teenagers, including games, arts and crafts, workshops, themed experiences, and recreational activities.

Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of all children and young guests at all times.

Create a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and social interaction.

Encourage participation and engagement through interactive and age-appropriate activities.

Prepare activity spaces, equipment, materials, and supplies before and after each session.

Adapt activities to suit varying age groups, interests, and abilities while maintaining high engagement levels.

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards across all Kids and Youth Club facilities.

Build positive relationships with children, teenagers, and parents through professional and friendly communication.

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding activities, schedules, and guest participation.

Support seasonal events, entertainment programmes, and resort activations as required.

Handle minor behavioural concerns calmly, professionally, and respectfully.

Collaborate closely with the recreation and entertainment teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Ensure compliance with all child safety, health, hygiene, and operational procedures.

Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation, and luxury hospitality standards at all times.

Ensure full compliance with Forbes standards, maintaining exceptional guest engagement, service quality, attention to detail, and operational excellence at all times.
