Kids Club Attendant

Overview

• Provide a sincere and loving attitude towards children, showing patience and concern for their wellbeing, and handle any situation calmly and sensibly.
• Keep the play area safe and free from hazards while monitoring children consistently throughout the day.
• Clean play equipment, games, and toys on a regular basis to keep them safe and attractive.
• Keep individual records for each child that include information about his or her behaviors, daily activities, meals eaten, medications received, and other important and mundane details. Discuss this information with each child s parents on a daily basis.
• Create daily lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate, fun, and interesting. Lesson plans should always encourage full participation by each child.
• Participate in learning activities with the children, including reading, art and crafts, music, and singing.
• Complete administrative duties, including signing children in and out and recording their details and any special needs.
• comply with and uphold all health, safety, and security regulations and procedures.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to difficult or emergency situations.
