Job Summary
The KHDA Coordinator is responsible for ensuring full compliance with KHDA regulations and guidelines.
The role includes managing documentation, supporting school inspections, coordinating with KHDA authorities, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met in line with Dubai education standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with all KHDA regulations and updates
- Maintain and update KHDA-related records and documentation
- Coordinate KHDA inspections, audits, and reporting requirements
- Support leadership in SEF (Self-Evaluation Form) and school improvement plans
- Liaise with KHDA for approvals, registrations, and compliance matters
- Maintain accurate student and staff records as per KHDA guidelines
- Support admissions in line with regulatory requirements
- Monitor policy updates and ensure implementation across the school
- Assist in licensing and renewal processes
- Prepare compliance reports for senior leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai (education sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of KHDA regulations and British Curriculum schools
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office and school systems
- Ability to work with leadership and regulatory authorities
