About This Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Key Accounts Manager / Executive with experience in the fragrance or fragrance oil industry, specifically handling private labelling clients. The role involves managing B2B relationships, overseeing end-to-end product development, and ensuring smooth execution of private label projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key private label B2B clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling end-to-end communication and project execution
  • Lead end-to-end private label projects—from concept development, fragrance selection, sampling, approvals, to final delivery
  • Coordinate sourcing of premium fragrance oils aligned with client requirements and brand positioning
  • Work closely with internal teams (procurement, production, design, packaging, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of private label products
  • Manage supplier/vendor communications for specifications, pricing, sampling, and approvals
  • Handle costing, budgeting, and pricing for private label projects to ensure profitability
  • Track project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met within agreed deadlines
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell within existing key accounts
  • Maintain proper documentation of client requirements, approvals, and project status

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in fragrance or fragrance oil industry, with exposure to private labelling
  • Strong experience in B2B key account management
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end product development projects
  • Knowledge of fragrance sourcing, sampling, and product lifecycle processes
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
