Manage strategic customer accounts, develop client relationships, identify growth through upselling and cross-selling, and support revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage key customer relationships and customer satisfaction; act as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
- Address service requirements and resolve issues promptly; coordinate with operations, customer service, finance, and other internal teams.
- Monitor service performance, customer feedback, complaints, and agreed SLAs.
- Identify account growth, additional services, and revenue opportunities.
- Support contract renewals, commercial discussions, quotations, and account reviews.
- Prepare customer reports and account performance updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and service requirements.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Five years of key account management or customer relationship management experience.
- Experience in waste management, environmental services, facilities management, logistics, or a similar service industry is preferred.
- Understanding of waste collection operations and customer service requirements is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders; strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach; good knowledge of MS Office and CRM or account management systems.
- UAE experience is preferred. A UAE driving licence is mandatory.
