Are you an experienced freight forwarding professional with a passion for customer service, commercial pricing, and key account management?

We are seeking a dynamic

Key Accounts Specialist

to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in managing strategic customer relationships while driving operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial pricing activities and customer service support for assigned Key Account clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing Key Accounts.
  • Review customer requirements and ensure all scope and service expectations are accurately reflected in proposals.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
  • Arrange inspections with conformity assessment bodies and manage shipment certification requirements, including ECTN and BSC certificates for Africa-bound cargo.
  • Source, negotiate, and coordinate with subcontractors to obtain competitive rates and service solutions.
  • Support UAE tender management activities and bid submissions.
  • Act as the key focal point for gateway arrangements and customer-specific logistics requirements.
  • Prepare reports, quotations, and bid packages in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings as required.
  • Analyze trade lanes, market trends, customer segments, and business opportunities, and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across operations, pricing, and customer service functions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, including submission of supporting documentation to customers.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Freight, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, Pricing, Operations, or Customer Service roles.
  • Strong understanding of international freight forwarding, supply chain processes, and logistics operations.
