Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a **high-performing, well-connected sales leader** from the UAE’s Events & Exhibitions industry who knows how to **open doors, close deals, and grow accounts**.

This role is not for average performers.

We want someone with a **proven revenue track record, strong client network, and the ability to win big-ticket projects** while delivering exceptional client experiences.

1. Revenue Growth & New Business

  • Aggressively hunt and secure new clients across corporate, government, and agency sectors
  • Leverage your **existing network in the UAE** to generate immediate business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a **robust sales pipeline** with high conversion rates
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing

2. Strategic Account Management

  • Own and grow key accounts into **long-term revenue streams**
  • Position the company as a **preferred partner** for events and exhibitions
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services

3. Client Leadership & Execution Oversight

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring premium service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver **high-impact, on-time, and on-budget projects**
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention levels

Must-Have Profile

  • **3–10+ years** in Events, Exhibitions, or Experiential Agency sales in the UAE
  • Demonstrated success in **closing high-value deals (large-scale events/exhibitions)**
  • Strong **existing client base and industry relationships**
  • Fluent in **English and Arabic (mandatory)**
  • Proven ability to **consistently exceed sales targets**
  • Confident, polished, and highly credible in client-facing environments
