Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a **high-performing, well-connected sales leader** from the UAE’s Events & Exhibitions industry who knows how to **open doors, close deals, and grow accounts**.
This role is not for average performers.
We want someone with a **proven revenue track record, strong client network, and the ability to win big-ticket projects** while delivering exceptional client experiences.
1. Revenue Growth & New Business
- Aggressively hunt and secure new clients across corporate, government, and agency sectors
- Leverage your **existing network in the UAE** to generate immediate business opportunities
- Build and maintain a **robust sales pipeline** with high conversion rates
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing
2. Strategic Account Management
- Own and grow key accounts into **long-term revenue streams**
- Position the company as a **preferred partner** for events and exhibitions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services
3. Client Leadership & Execution Oversight
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring premium service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver **high-impact, on-time, and on-budget projects**
- Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention levels
Must-Have Profile
- **3–10+ years** in Events, Exhibitions, or Experiential Agency sales in the UAE
- Demonstrated success in **closing high-value deals (large-scale events/exhibitions)**
- Strong **existing client base and industry relationships**
- Fluent in **English and Arabic (mandatory)**
- Proven ability to **consistently exceed sales targets**
- Confident, polished, and highly credible in client-facing environments
