Overview

  • Key Account Manager to focusing on managing businesses with large quantities of accounts in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the telecom industry's dynamics, coupled with strong business acumen and excellent relationship management skills.
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients to accomplish organic growth.
  • Manage and strengthen Business client relationships while growing key accounts.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Align telecom and digital solutions with client needs and business objectives.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Seek out opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
