About The Role

Shamsa Medical is a growing medical distribution company specializing in OTC products in the Saudi market.

As we launch a new product line, we're building a standalone OTC team — and this is the first hire.

It's a role for someone who wants to build a full distribution channel from the ground up and grow into leadership as the line expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate product listings with major pharmacy chains, including Nahdi, Al-Dawaa, and others
  • Manage buyer relationships and own the day-to-day contact with key accounts
  • Track in-store sales performance and act on the numbers
  • Contribute to trade strategy as new products are added to the line

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Key Accounts or Trade Marketing in the Saudi market
  • Direct experience with Nahdi or Al-Dawaa, with a proven record of launching a product into a major chain
  • Solid command of trade terms: listing fees, payment terms, sell-in/sell-out, and planograms
  • Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
  • Preferred: Background in OTC, supplements, or pharmaceuticals
