Role overview
Full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, managing and growing strategic client relationships.
EdfaPay provides payment solutions including Soft-POS, payment gateways, QR services, and e-invoicing.
Role responsibilities
- Oversee key accounts, understand client needs, and align EdfaPay solutions with business objectives.
- Hold regular client meetings and performance reviews, and develop account plans.
- Drive retention, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with product, operations, and customer support for implementation and ongoing service quality.
- Monitor market trends, prepare reports and forecasts, and contribute to business planning.
Qualifications
- Strong account management experience handling key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, assess account performance, and support business planning and decisions.
- Customer service orientation and ability to respond promptly to client needs.
- Strategic account planning experience in fintech, payments, or a related industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; English proficiency required and Arabic is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales or account-management certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with payment solutions, gateways, POS systems, or digital financial services is beneficial.
