Role Description
We are seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) – Last Mile Delivery.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and improving relationships with key accounts
This role is less about cold hunting and more about
growing and retaining business
.
You will act as the main point of contact for key customers — understanding their needs, solving problems, and helping them scale with us.
At the same time, you will
support onboarding of new clients
, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to operations and setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.
🚀 Lead Client Onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding of new clients from contract signing to go-live
- Work closely with
Operations, IT, and Customer Experience
- teams
- Ensure smooth system integration, training, and process setup
- Set clear expectations and timelines with clients
🎯 Support Commercial Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Support the sales team during handover and early-stage relationship building
- Occasionally assist in closing deals where relationship continuity is critical
📊 Stay Organized & Data-Driven
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (client status, activities, opportunities)
- Track account performance, KPIs, and client health
- Provide regular updates on account status and growth opportunities
Skills & Competences
- **Experience:**
- Strong background in account management, customer success, or sales within logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery
- **Client Management:**
- Proven ability to manage and grow B2B relationships
- **Onboarding & Coordination:**
Experience
- working cross-functionally with operations and tech teams
- **Communication:**
- Confident, structured, and client-oriented
- **Commercial Mindset:**
- Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- **Problem-Solving:**
- Strong analytical thinking and proactive approach
- **Technology:**
- Familiar with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Attio, etc.) and standard office tools
- **Organization:**
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
