, we deliver reliable marine products and services to ship owners, ship management companies, and offshore clients worldwide.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

to join our growing Dubai team.

· Develop and manage relationships with existing and new marine industry clients.

· Drive business development and identify new sales opportunities.

· Handle lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

· Manage customer accounts and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.

· Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and customer support.

· Conduct regular follow-ups and prepare sales reports.

· Stay updated on the Dubai and international maritime markets.

· 3–4 years of experience in the marine industry.

· Experience in business development and key account management.

· Strong lead management and customer relationship skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good command of English (spoken and written).

· Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

· Knowledge of the Dubai and international maritime industry is preferred.

· Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
