Location: Sunshine Coast, Queensland
- Joining the Kilcoy Food Solutions team, you will play a key role in driving the development and growth of the domestic retail channel, executing strategic initiatives to support both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.
Your strategic objectives will be
To drive growth for the Retail Channel, through strategic customer development, product alignment, and channel expansion.
Supporting and implementing the Australian retail sales strategy for the Food Solutions business.
You will bring with you
5 years + working within FMCG sales.
Experience in Account Planning.
Performance Optimization; how to track data, evaluate, and adjust performance, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
Pricing Strategy principles.
High level negotiating, influencing and communication skills.
Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated experience producing high performing results.
