Role Overview
Team Lead - To work with the business to understand and manage Programs being run for the Clients/Brands.
And for accelerating the core growth metrics focusing on sales & distribution.
Provides guidance and instruction to a working group about a project or portfolio of projects.
These leads are responsible for monitoring the efforts of the team members and getting the work done effectively and efficiently with the proper utilization of resources.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Should have a strong understanding of the local language.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Education: Applicants must possess bachelor’s degree or above
