Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Abu Dhabi.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing relationships with strategic clients, creating tailored account plans, and driving business growth.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities to meet customer needs, collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management, with the ability to oversee and nurture relationships with key clients.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to identify opportunities and create strategic plans that align with client needs.
- Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills to engage with clients effectively and ensure satisfaction.
- Experience managing Key Accounts and an understanding of the complexities involved in delivering tailored solutions for large-scale customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving targets and contributing to business objectives.
- Previous experience in the technology sector or working with enterprise solutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
