The Key Account Manager manages strategic customer accounts, identifies growth opportunities, and delivers strong client experiences.
The role is part-time and hybrid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
- Develop account plans to support retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand existing accounts.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct regular client meetings, account reviews, and follow-ups.
- Prepare account reports, sales forecasts, and customer performance updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.
- Monitor account performance, customer feedback, and business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract renewals where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Experience in key account management, sales, business development, or client relations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of account planning, sales targets, and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to build lasting business relationships.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
