Job Summary
The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing key customer accounts to ensure long-term business relationships and customer satisfaction.
This role involves identifying business opportunities, achieving sales targets, coordinating with internal departments to meet client needs, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets, increase customer retention, and maximize business opportunities.
- Prepare and execute account plans to drive revenue growth, expand product penetration, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular customer visits, follow-up, and business reviews to understand customer needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, quotations, and contracts in line with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer database, and activity reports through the company's CRM and reporting systems.
- Identify and acquire new strategic customers through market analysis, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments and provide recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely support and successful project execution.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, industry events, and customer engagements to strengthen the company's market position.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in Key Account Management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
