About This Role
Job Responsibilities
1. **Market Development:**
Identify and analyze local restaurant merchants and food delivery industry; develop merchant acquisition and operational strategies aligned with the local drone delivery network expansion plan.
2. **Client Relationship Management:**
Build and maintain relationships with target merchants; conduct contract negotiations to secure partnerships for drone logistics services.
3. **KA & Merchant Operations:**
Drive business objectives by managing contract negotiation, contract signing, merchant onboarding, product maintenance, and marketing planning for KA and restaurant merchants.
4. **Cross-functional Coordination:**
Collaborate with technology, operations, and management teams; provide market insights to guide product development while ensuring alignment between market goals and operational capabilities.
Job Requirements
1.
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a proven track record of building partnerships with high-value clients and closing complex deals.
3.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
4.
Fluent English required.
5.
Familiarity with drone logistics or emerging technology ecosystems; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
