Kearney, Vendor Senior Coordinator
About the job
As the Vendor Senior Coordinator for our Dubai office, you will play a key role in supporting the management and performance monitoring of Kearney’s external vendors, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, reporting, and insight generation. The role is responsible for transforming vendor, travel, and operational data into clear dashboards, reports, and decision-ready insights that support cost control, service quality, and policy compliance.
This position is well-suited to an analyst-level professional with strong technical skills (Excel, Power BI) who also enjoys working in a service-oriented, stakeholder-facing role, supporting both internal business travelers and external service providers.
Reporting directly to the Business Support Director in Dubai, you will be given the freedom to be yourself along with recognition for what you bring to the table, allowing you to make a real impact and be a true Kearney Original.
Key responsibilities
Data, Analysis & Reporting
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve templates, dashboards and reporting packs; translating complex data into clear insights, visuals, and executive-ready summaries.
- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources, including:
- KPIs and SLAs
- Invoices and spend data
- Usage patterns and booking behaviour
- Traveler feedback and service issues
- Perform trend and cost analysis to support decision-making.
- Identify performance gaps, cost leakage, compliance issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Support scenario modelling and pricing comparisons to inform contract and policy discussions.
Vendor Management****Travel Management
- Act as the day-to-day analytical and operational support for the firm’s travel management company.
- Monitor service performance against SLAs and agreed KPIs, flagging risks or recurring issues.
- Analyse booking data to assess:
- Policy compliance
- Travel behavior
- Cost drivers and savings opportunities
- Support the resolution of traveler issues through data-backed insights and follow-up tracking.
- Uphold the firm’s travel policy by guiding travelers, enforcing compliance, and supporting updates
- Work with other internal teams to implement and maintain processes related to booking workflows, traveler support, and escalation handling.
- Support contract discussions and negotiations through data analysis and stakeholder coordination.
Other Vendors
- Support vendor onboarding, documentation, and performance tracking.
- Maintain accurate vendor data repositories (SLAs, SOPs, FAQs, reporting trackers).
- Prepare materials for meetings (dashboards, performance summaries and action trackers).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing reporting, workflows, and data quality.
- Assist with basic market research and benchmarking using structured analysis.
Customer Relations
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal business travelers, responding to queries related to travel services, processes, and policy.
- Provide a high standard of customer service, balancing traveler experience with policy
- Maintain regular working relationships with the travel vendor and other service providers to track actions and service improvements.
- Support communication between vendors and internal stakeholders using clear, factual, and data-driven messaging.
- Plan and prepare communications with all stakeholders as appropriate
- Collaborate with regional and Global team members to ensure consistency in process and reporting.

We want to hear from you if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Have 3+ years’ experience in analytics, operations, consulting, vendor coordination, or a similar role. Exposure to vendor management, procurement, or travel management in a corporate environment is preferred.
- Have strong experience using Advanced Excel and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Have experience building management reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
- Possess strong ability to analyze large datasets and convert them into actionable insights
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess organizational and prioritizing skills, problem solving, critical thinking
- Have appropriate discretion handling confidential information and personal data
- Possess strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Have ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of contracts, SLAs, and procure-to-pay processes is preferred
- Have ability to build positive and professional working relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and reliability.
