  • Good understanding and experience in software architecture, design patterns and software development best practices
  • Experience with React based development of MFEs/Standalone apps
  • Experience on Guidewire Cloud, Jutro Digital Platform, React js
  • Experience in Guidewire and related toolsets e.g. Cloud APIs, Digital SDK, APD, Guidewire Testing Framework, Guidewire Cloud Console, Git/Bucket, etc.
  • Experience with integration to other platforms such as Document Management, Finance, Digital, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, defining and leading continuous improvement activities to increase the quality and velocity of solution and ways of working
  • Proven technical and people leadership skills and ability leading development teams including work allocation, technical designs, code reviews, code merge activities.
  • Ability to work with and influence wider technology teams, including other developer leads, project managers, Business Analyst Leads, etc.
  • Working with client business SMEs to understand the requirements and translate them into viable solutions
  • Maintaining and fix issues in across environments (dev, QA, UAT and Prod) and involvement in unit testing and documentation
